Self Reflections

Character Sheet
in this project, we were asked to create a character sheet that described our character physically and peronality-wise. we also had to create a backgroung for this sheet. i created an open forest-like background, because that's where my vharacter, a wombat lives. i used filters/effects on my background to make my objects appear more realistic.

My Character
In this project, we were asked to create an origional character with unique qualities using adobe illustrator. I chose to make a wobat with a very unique personality and interesting background story. I used different geadents gradientas and layers to give the illusion of fur and lighting. i also used the pen tool to create rigid lines to make fur. If i couuld do this project over, i would make my character in a different perspective, like staning up.

My Self
In this project, we were asked to create a self illustration using things that we like or describe us. i found this project very difficult because I had a hard time doing normal self illustrations, so creating on with objects proved to be a challenge.
Product Sheet
in this project, we were asked to create a sheet that explains all the features of our previous project. i tried to create contrast between my copy and the background by using a black background with white and read type. I also tried to create a color scheme by using the same colors from mt product (black and red) for the product sheet. i also tried to creat balance while maximizing postive space buy making my docuement in the landscape layout, splitting the paper in half, and putting columns on each side. i think i could have done better on this project, but i had poor time management skills. i could have included more information and done a better design and included more examples of my product.

Product
In this project, we we asked to invent a brand new product or innovate an already existing product. I chose to reinnovate a DJ turntable. most technology is converting to touch technology, so i decided that this musical instrument needed an upgrade. i think my product makes DJing faster, more accurate, and more fun. i created blance in this product by having two ;arge projectors on each side (one for each mixer). it has all the features of a regular turntable, plus more!

Color Wheel
Im not usually good at the projects where we have to follow given directions, but i think i did well on this o. I can honestly say this is one of my best project in that category. i had trouble working with the live paint bucket tool at first, so it took me a little longer than everyone else.
